BA NA HILLS & THE GOLDEN BRIDGE

Ba Na Hills is one of the most famous tourist destinations in Da Nang, located about 1,487 meters above sea level.

The history of Ba Na began in 1901, when French Captain Marin Debay discovered the mountain. Because of its cool climate and beautiful scenery, the French later developed Ba Na as a mountain resort to escape the heat of the coastal area.

After many years of decline, Ba Na Hills was redeveloped as a modern tourist destination. The cable car system was introduced, making it much easier for visitors to reach the mountain. Today, Ba Na Hills is famous for its French Village, gardens, entertainment facilities and spectacular mountain views.

But the most famous attraction is undoubtedly the Golden Bridge (Cau Vang).

The bridge was designed by TA Landscape Architecture, developed by Sun Group, and opened to visitors in June 2018. It is approximately 150 meters long and is famous for its enormous stone-like hands supporting the bridge.

The giant hands create the impression that a giant god is holding a golden thread across the mountain.

Surrounded by mountains, forests and clouds, the Golden Bridge has become one of the most recognizable symbols of Vietnamese tourism and modern architecture.

Visit Ba Na Hills and walk across the Golden Bridge – an unforgettable experience above the clouds.
